Even stage manager Erin Drakoulis is back for her 14th year behind
the scenes.
Speaking of behind the scenes,
as with all PIP productions,
Joseph is also accessible to people with disabilities through a
variety of programs and services.
The State Theatre offers wheelchair and companion seating on
the orchestra level for those with
mobility impairments. The show
also boasts live audio-description
for those who are blind or have
significant vision loss. For this
particular audience, the show is
preceded by a sensory seminar, a
New Jersey Stage
hands on pre-show lecture that allows audiences to touch key props
and costumes, including Joseph’s
much sung about coat. For those
who use American Sign Language
(ASL), the show will be sign interpreted. Open Captioning for those
with hearing loss will also be presented. Braille and Large Print programs are available upon request.
Assistive listening devices may be
requested through the State Theatre. Please contact Jackie Neill at
732-745-3936, or e-mail Jackie.
