Since the brothers are introduced by age, his character is determined by the ages of those playing the other brothers. “I have climbed the ranks to go as far as the second oldest, Simeon. This year I got bumped down a notch to the third oldest, Levi. Through all the years I have probably have had six or seven character names.” Has Riley ever thought about doing something else with his holiday weekend? “I honestly thought that after my sixth year I would hang up my sandals and retire. In fact, about half of the alumni did make that decision and didn’t return for year eleven. But my sister, Katie, was cast as the Narrator that year, so I wanted to be a part of that experience, too.
