All items in Steps 1 & 2 are required to be completed within 48 hours of receiving them.

COMPLETE NEW EMPLOYEE PAPERWORK
• Click Here or refer to the email titled Renown Health Offer Letter to complete your new employee paperwork.
• Review position description and the minimum qualification section for a list of all certifications and education that is required prior to your first day. You do not need to sign and return your job description.
• Upload all required certifications for your new role under the“ upload” option in the link.
• Review your offer letter and benefits information.
• Send Badge Photo
• Email a photo for your badge to photos @ renown. org o Please include your full name & start date
• Badge photo requirements: o Plain, white background o Professional attire, front-facing, from the shoulders up o NO poses, filters, or AI-generated images o Photo must be current
