The onsite River ’ s Edge Restaurant and Tavern is popular with locals and the course is meticulously maintained and open to the public . Homes that border the course are in communities with both primary residences and vacation homes , many with shared beach access on Ossipee Lake .
Wentworth Golf Club in Jackson is an 18 hole course in the heart of Jackson Village . It provides mountain views with the Wildcat and Ellis Rivers running through the course . The Wentworth Townhouses , located on the course , are very popular due to their walk to town location , proximity to the cross country ski trails in winter , and the elegant onsite Wentworth Inn and Restaurant across from Jackson Falls .
