FundBabies New Year's Declaration
We all know that we keep it young and fresh! We don't do New Year's Resolutions because no one keeps those! We're doing a New Year's Declaration.
When I started FundBabies I wanted to change the way people view investment. I wanted people to know that investment is accessible and that they shouldn’t fear it. I felt that the only way I could do this was to create a cool culture around it. I did what I could to create that culture. 2014 was an amazing year! FundBabies did a lot and through that I learned so much more. I did not expect 2014 to be such a wonderful year. Our FundBabies community grew into a little fun family. I get the feeling that 2015 is going to be an even better year. I have so many crazy awesome ideas. We have so many more FundBabies to find and recruit.
An ideal that FundBabies holds close to its heart is that of Financial Freedom. When we thought about changing the world of investment we weren’t only thinking about the stock market, we were also thinking about entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is about investing in your dreams, your talents and ultimately in your financial future. Entrepreneurs create jobs and they revolutionise their industries.
I declare that 2015 will be the year of FundBabies! We will strive to teach you all about good financial practices in a way that is young and fun. We promise to never bore you with the same old stories. We want to be innovative, fresh, accepting and full of joy. We have so many things to learn, so many entrepreneurs to meet and most importantly we have you, our FundBabies, to talk to and share with.
We promise to stay authentic. We promise to push the envelope. We promise to do all that we can to create and foster a culture of responsible financial practices through investment. Let’s keep learning together. Let’s change the world through financial freedom.
