We are proud to showcase our completed works recently carried out for Viridor. These works were undertaken to address a range of operational and safety challenges, and we are pleased to report they have delivered significant improvements across the board.
Refurbishment and Replacement of Head Chute and Scrapers
We carried out a full refurbishment and replacement of the head chute and scraper system. This work was designed to better contain material and significantly reduce the escape of airborne dust, ensuring a cleaner, safer, and more efficient working environment. The upgraded system also contributes to longer equipment life and easier maintenance.

Complete Refurbishment of Drag Out Chain Conveyor
The drag out chain conveyor was fully refurbished, bringing it back to optimal working condition. This included structural repairs, replacement of worn components, and realignment to ensure smooth and reliable operation. The improvements help reduce downtime and extend the equipment’ s service life.
Supply and Installation of Skirting System
To address health and safety concerns related to material spillage onto walkways, we supplied and installed a robust skirting system. This addition effectively contains material on the belt, preventing hazardous build-up along pedestrian routes and reducing the risk of slips, trips, and falls. It also improves overall housekeeping and operational efficiency.
