In addition, the reliability of the nuclear power plants is one of the factors that make it
desirable between different countries. Nuclear power plants are considered reliable compared to
others power plants which depend on wind or other environmental factors like wind turbines. As
for the wastes volume disposal it is relatively small compared to others, however it is a
radioactive wastes.
On the other hand, one of the predicaments that might cause complications to Egypt is that the
wastes it produces. The waste which the power plants are nuclear, leading to a new financial
burden on the Egyptian government as the costs of such kind of disposal is costly.
Nonetheless, the danger of nuclear leakage is considered a nightmare to any country. Ever
since the Chernobyl nuclear accident and the recent Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster in 2011,
all countries are very cautious when dealing with a major decision like building a nuclear power
plant. Any nuclear leakage could lead facial deformities, food and water contamination and not
to mention the death of thousands of lives, animals and plants.

Still, the nuclear power plants are still believed to be the only option for a future sustainable
power source, which could ensure power for several generations to come.
