current stud sensor.”
He also reports that customer responses have been
positive.
“When we’re out of stock, customers always ask us
when it’s going to be back in stock,” explains Giannetti.
“We even get word-of-mouth referrals. A guy uses it at a
jobsite and someone asks ‘where did you get that [stud
finder]?’ They say they got it from Preston Hardware
and that is how we are getting some new business.”
