I try to keep it simple when I’m at home unless I’m preparing things for other people. I realized that people really wanted, they really needed more handholding. --They really needed more information. Primal Fat Burner does just that. A group of NASA scientists, having done their due diligence here, wisely determined that this would be absolutely the most efficient way to feed manned missions to Mars. In addition, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which is basically the Department of Defense, has been conducting quite a lot of ketogenic experiments. One of the things that NASA has determined is that this diet is going to be really important in these manned missions to Mars, in part because it protects your body against higher levels of radiation in space (note: ketones are inherently protective against ionizing radiation! Ummm…ever hear of Fukushima here on earth?). They additionally recognize that the effective utilization of ketones (as part of a fat-based ketogenic dietary approach) naturally increase the brain’s resistance to stress. Meanwhile, there are military researchers that are focused on ketogenic diets too, and they’re seeing that soldiers can operate optimally on fewer and much denser meals (calorically). It’s really a sexy little piece of information that I was just mortified that I wasn’t able to include in my latest book, but will certainly be included in other materials that I supply my readers.
