So what is Voice Yoga?
Voice Yoga is about using sound as a path for self
realization, using voice as a way to raise our vibrational frequency and attract into our lives what
we need to thrive, while applying the principles
of Yoga - an ancient art based on a harmonizing
system of development for the body, mind, and
spirit.
All things of soul have a voice. Life sings.
The moment we are able to listen to our soul,
our body begins to share its ancient wisdom.
In the practice of Voice Yoga the ultimate aim is
one of self-development and realization.
Our soul has a frequency.
Listen closely and you can tune it.
If you feel out of sorts, not in alignment with a
truth, use your voice to re-harmonize.
If you feel deep sadness, let your voice to
release and heal.
If you feel ecstasy, allow your voice to shower
the world with laughter.

consciousness.
