Last year at an outdoor gathering a woman was having difficulty with her hip and knee , unable to maneuver going up and down the steps to her camper . After one in-depth treatment with the tuning forks , she was astounded . The pain retreated and her normal mobility returned . Giving ourselves sound treatments , be it with music , our own voices , the song of a stream in the forest , the wind blowing through the trees or singing a beautiful song , is a powerful medicine bag tool that we can take with us and use anytime , anywhere .
