  Academics: Our new academic major in psychology and our minor in business are developing nicely and receiving strong interest from our students. There are 30 students in the psychology program and 25 in the business minor or interdisciplinary business. Students launched the Business Club in March 2013 and will bring guest speakers to campus this year. Faculty continue to engage in fascinating research, from monitoring Stellar’s sea eagles in Magadan to tracking white-tailed deer in the Pennypack Preserve, and from studying philosophical thought influencing Swedenborg to applying Swedenborgian thought to the field of psychological development. (For copies of the College research report, contact Kristin King, kristin.king@ brynathyn.edu)   Our summer arts program in glass painting, metal forging and stone carving attracted 28 students, 24 of whom were new to our community. Our art instructors and the program overall are receiving strong affirmation from the students. We are busy working on a new program in restoration arts, which, given our setting and history, promises to be preeminent in the country. The American Glass Guild will hold its annual conference on our campus in June 2014. It is being organized by Kenneth Leap, president of the Guild and glass painting instructor at the College. See photos on page 509. The Masters in Religious Studies offered three courses to 15 students this past year. Two of these courses occurred in the summer program, which attracts faculty and students from around the country. Six students have graduated from the program in the past three years. The Theological School graduated two students in May: Alan Cowley, now pastor in the Michael Church Society in London, and Chris Barber, who is teaching in the Academy Secondary Schools. The Theological School has three students, all enrolled in their second year. The theologs are engaging well with their coursework and candidacies, and in one inst
