I believe in one God, the Lord Jesus Christ, Who created the universe
from love by means of wisdom, and in Whom is the Father, the Son and the
Holy Spirit. He came into the world and took our nature upon Him, endured
temptation, overcame the hells, and so delivered humankind and glorified His
Humanity, uniting it with the Divinity of which all is begotten.
I believe that without Him no one could have been saved, and they are
saved who believe in Him and keep the commandments of His Word, shunning
evils because they are of the Devil and doing goods because they are of God.
These things must be done by a person as if of himself, but it must be believed
that they are from the Lord with the person, and by means of Him.
I believe in the Sacred Scripture: the Word of God, the fountain of wisdom,
the source of life and the way to heaven.
I believe in the Second Coming of the Lord, in the spiritual sense of the
Word, and in the Heavenly Doctrine of the New Jerusalem.
My purpose is to serve the Lord who is establishing the New Church in
Japan and provides salvation for all the Japanese. I will devote myself to teach
the people according to the doctrine of the New Church from the Word, and
to lead them to the good of life for the salvation of souls.

CHINA
I believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the only One God in heaven and on earth.
I believe the Word and the Writings are revelations from the Lord.
I insist that faith and life must be one. We should live a Lord-centered life
through the Heavenly Doctrines in this physical world.
My Goal: I will serve the New Church in China, including translation and
publishing of the Writings, and supporting their spiritual life and New Church
education in poor areas.
