The Annual General Meeting of the New Brighton Rugby Football Club (Inc.) will be held in
the Clubrooms at Rawhiti Avenue on Tuesday 10 December 2013 at 7.00pm.

1. Apologies.
2. Adoption of Minutes of last Annual General Meeting.
3. Adoption of Annual Report.
4. Adoption of Annual Accounts.
5. Election of Office Bearers and Management Committee.
Two nominations have been received for the position of Patron

Trevor White will move and Roddy Butt will second the nomination
of Russell Fitchett as Club Patron
Hunter Ritchie will move and Kevin Lundon will second the
nomination of Ian Penrose as Club Patron

6. Motion 1
H. Ritchie will move and R. Butt will second the following motion:
In accordance with Constitution Rule 6 (ii), H. E. Ritchie will retire by rotation as a
Club Trustee and will offer himself for re-election.
7. Motion 2
J. Mansfield will move and W. Turner will second a motion that subscriptions for the
2014 season will be set as follows:
Senior to Under 18
Tertiary

* All Adult subscription levels include a $10 fundraising levy.
* Clubrooms will only be open on Saturday evenings during the rugby season.
NOTE:
After the success of the subscription collection process last year, the same process
will apply for 2014. Key components are –
(a) Introduction of a registration date, which will be two weeks before the
start of competition.
