But as we all know, not everybody uses good manners. Some people simply forget to use them or perhaps they don’t know much about good manners because no one has ever explained the concept to them. There is a problem with good manners; the definition of what constitutes good manners might be quite different from one person to the next. And what it essentially boils down to is expectations. When people’s expectations aren’t met, that’s when they get upset.
