And, although the technology crystal ball readings may differ slightly, they all point to one certainty – Intelligent Automation (IA) technologies are set for massive growth across all industries. Artificial Intelligence (AI) AI is the capability of a machine to imitate intelligent human behaviour, meaning computer systems can perform tasks that previously required human intelligence – for example, visual and voice recognition and decision-making.
