Crestchic launches new trailered loadbanks for data centre power testing

Crestchic has launched a trailered solution to the market to assist in the transportation of sizeable loadbanks .
In the data centre market , load testing is essential for business continuity planning as the potential loss of valuable data , due to a power failure , could be catastrophic . The location of generators used to power these often vast sites can vary which can make regularly testing problematic . This new range from Crestchic , for loadbanks from 100kw to 2,000kw , will make the transportation of loadbanks to and around a site simpler and more cost effective .
The trailers supplied by Knott- Avonride are UK / EU road legal and available from stock with a cover for added protection . This new packaged solution adds to the existing frames and container units available from Crestchic .
Crestchic design and manufacture a wide range of loadbanks to provide accurate electrical loads for testing power sources . Specific voltage , frequency and connections requirements are available dependant on requirements and all loadbanks employ stainless steel finned elements for maximum heat dissipation and durability .
