In 2020 , the Global Judicial Integrity Network continued to cooperate and strengthen its partnerships and synergies with important , relevant organizations , associations , institutions and other counterparts . Thanks to fruitful collaborations with many partners , the Network was promoted during various virtual events and activities that have taken place in 2020 .
For instance , as the secretariat of the Network , UNODC worked with the European Judicial Training Network ( EJTN ) on their THEMIS competition for newly appointed judges and judicial trainees . UNODC also organized a virtual study visit for the EJTN during which the Network and the Judicial Ethics Training Package were presented . UNODC also supported the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative ( RAI ) School for Junior Anti-Corruption Practitioners , including Judges and Prosecutors , from South-East Europe . Furthermore , UNODC was interviewed in an episode of “ The District Court Show ”, a cable-tv talk show hosted by the Judiciary of Minnesota in the United States . The Network and the Guidelines on the Use of Social Media by Judges were presented .
Some other partnerships include events organized by the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute ( UNICRI ), the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights ( ODIHR ) of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe ( OSCE ), the Open Government Partnership ( OGP ), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development ( OECD ), the International Association of Women Judges ( IAWJ ), the United Nations Educational , Scientific and Cultural Organization ( UNESCO ), the U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Centre , the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative Institute ( CEELI Institute ) and the World Justice Project .
The Network has also supported or contributed to various national events , in particular on judicial ethics training and other thematic aspects of judicial integrity , including in Bolivia ( Plurinational State of ), Ecuador , Kazakhstan and Mali .
