The vintage crowd is very tightly knit in NETRA. What keeps the group so close?

The vintage crowd is like no other in so many ways. NETRA as a whole is hands down the most welcoming family of racers/riders out there and the vintage series riders represent that to the max.

Unfortunately, you were the victim of a very high-profile bike theft. What can you tell NETRA members about security and anything about the process that helped get back some of your bikes?

Yeah, we lost 6 bikes in that theft. All of them were in our locked garage and stolen while we slept. Unfortunately from our experience law enforcement isn’t gonna help much, you gotta be proactive and take any and all precautions you can. We had a full alarm system installed the next day. As far as getting them back, we’ve got 3 back so far and that is ALL thanks to NETRA members! One was returned unharmed after an incredible amount of social media pressure was put on the people I had found to have possession of it. The other two were because a long time NETRA member recognized them at the police impound. Incredible. The NETRA family has been hugely supportive through the whole ordeal too, from loaning me bikes to finish the season, holding a raffle to generate money to replace the bikes and most of all pitching in and getting our daughter Cora a new PW50.
