During the last Board of Directors conference call the COVID-19 issue was discussed at length.
As an organization we will be adhering to all Federal, State, and Local government policies regarding the ongoing pandemic. Our events are scattered throughout seven states, all of which currently have different restrictions and policies in place. Each event needs to be looked at within the parameters and policies of the state and local governance in which it is held. We are advising clubs to stay apprised of what is going on within their state and local government, as we will not be sanctioning any event that is in violation of governmental mandates or restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Currently, Connecticut has extended their policies past the date of our first events, so there will be some rescheduling happening shortly. Clubs are still encouraged continue preparing for their events that have not yet been affected.
Continued communication is key as we move forward. Our goal is to inform our members of changes that may occur as soon as we can. Do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
