Our design process is rigorous and documentationdriven. We begin with a comprehensive site analysis and advance through fully developed, coordinated construction documents. These are not schematic drawings handed off for interpretation; each detail is evaluated for constructability, sequencing, longterm performance and site realities. Cost, life cycle, maintenance and value are addressed throughout, aligning design with budget before construction begins.
Because our documentation and scope development are thorough, we provide full, all-in cost proposals— not estimates. Pricing reflects a complete understanding of the work and is solid from day one. Contract values change only if scope is added or truly unforeseen site conditions arise. This clarity eliminates the uncertainty common to competitive bidding and post-design pricing.
