EXPERTISE THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF Providence Picture Frame consists of seventeen specialists, twelve fine art and advanced degrees, and a combination of 250-plus years of professional experience, with the average team member having spent more than fifteen years here. Last year, the studio completed more than 7,000 framing projects across all media, ranging from family heirlooms, prized documents, priceless antiquities, fine art and blue-chip contemporary works held by private and institutional collectors. This is not a transactional framing shop; it’ s a studio where every decision is made with full knowledge of conservation standards, aesthetic impact and the long-term integrity of the work.
Substrate, molding, glazing and mounting methods are all considered in concert. Design choices are not limited by what is commercially available; custom milled profiles, welded steel moldings and hand-carved and gilded closed-corner frames can be fabricated to a client’ s specification.
INSTALLATION AT ANY SCALE, ANYWHERE Beyond Rhode Island, PPF’ s projects extend to clients in the Boston area, Cape Cod, New York City, the Hamptons and other national and international locations. Installation settings include private residences, offices, hotels, restaurants and aboard private yachts.
