DESIGN & DECOR Get to Know Brassworks Jeff Nelson, President of Brassworks Fine Home Details, gives us some insight into the longstanding, highly esteemed hardware and fireplace product company. Brassworks started as a two-person antique restoration company in the mid-1970’s. A good deal of the items that were brought in for restoration were in such poor condition that they needed to be replaced. Rather than send people away empty handed, the founder, Anthony Baglini, decided he should try to sell these items. The two most common types of items were door hardware and fireplace equipment. Our Charles Street showroom opened in Providence in 1980. WHAT IS BRASSWORKS’ MISSION? Our mission is to supply our clients with a curated offering of the finest hardware and fireplace products the industry has to offer while providing exemplary project management and customer service.
