Sierra Leone ’ s capital ‘ city ' is an eccentric rambling shanty town spread over a grouping of jurassic hills , overlooking the Atlantic ocean , and backing onto rainforest and the greater African continent .
Despite being a white-African myself , I cast the first stone . When the Bishop invited me to Sierra Leone I declined and cited my reason as safety for my crew . In fact he offered to join me in the exercise . This piqued my curiosity and I determined to look into Sierra Leone beyond the ‘ law of first report .’ This is where fact-checking comes in ! I apologised to the Bishop when he visited me again a couple of weeks later , and explained that my research had uncovered much of the great lie about West Africa … and agreed that I would bring a Humanitad and NewEarth delegation over to Sierra Leone before the end of autumn .
