foreword
I am delighted to welcome Connie Broussard as NEO’s new Managing Editor.
She is sitting fully in the saddle and, along with myself and the NewEarth team,
invites all-comers to submit articles, photography, or artwork for NewEarth Oracle.
As the US presidential elections loom into view…reminding us of the sheer idiocy
of our planetary socio-political status quo, it is appropriate that this issue of NEO
offers some antidote by way of NewEarth groundbreaking initiatives. Not least of
these was a successful diplomatic delegation we led to Sierra Leone in West Africa
last month. The visit initialised negotiations with the government regarding
establishing a 5000 strong residential NewEarth settlement in this idyllic part of
the globe. We were met with endless white sand beaches, pristine islands, vast tracts
of rainforest, exotic wildlife, and the kindest people you could ever wish to meet.
Justin Deschamps (editor-in-chief of The Sovereign Voice) pens an article on the
International Tribunal for Natural Justice, inviting NewEarth co-creators to
key-in to the lawful and legal dimensions of where WE choose to take our collective
destiny. Law and economics are the twin-horns of the devil in our civilisational
wheel. We cannot ignore them - but we can transmute them. Where they have
evolved into social technologies which injure and exploit humanity, they must now
be purposed and engineered toward serving humankind. The ITNJ invites this
self-determining perspective in law and NewEarth Project invites this same pattern
of right-action as cornerstone to any paradigm shift.
Other articles on health, consciousness and
sovereignty in this issue invite each of us
to remember that we are the determiners of
our fate and not victims of circumstance.
Om shanti!
