You will make-up current affairs stories but also think creatively about news issues. You can make a news
story about anything so you should have no shortage of ideas.
Current affairs that might interest 18-25 young people (hard news slant not soft news) – think about what images
you could take, there are countless that could work. So if you’re into being snap happy on your phone this could be
the brief for you.
Go around college/home and find imagery that could be used to visualise these areas/stories and what
stories they could be about.

One minute of audio (podcast) is also needed, you can narrate a news story or do an interview, we have
adobe audition at college on all computers. Video might be easier, you could record on your phones, some
suggestions are: Again you don’t have to provide all the imagery here, just a page about podcasts.
