The North Branch Ruth Fox Quiz Bowl Team is off to an outstanding start for the 2017-2018 Thumb Area Quiz Bowl League season. Coached by Katie Wagner, members of the team are Marley Anderson, Brendan Barkowska, Brookelynn Franklin, Ashlynn Pasternak, Logan Pung, and Samantha Wagner. After competing in their first tournament at Marlette, North Branch was undefeated with a 6-0 record. The next tournaments are December 5 at Peck and January 9 at Sandusky. All tournaments start at 4:00, are free, and open to the public.
