Ceyda: If you were born again, would you like to live in a village or
would you like to live in a city?
Mehmet YİĞİT: I would like to live in this village.
Demir: Why did people start making evil eye beads?
Mehmet YİĞİT: Since the agricultural land was not enough, people
turned to making evil eye beads.
Ada Su: Can you give some information about this village?
Mehmet YİĞİT: Nazarköy established in 1870. People used to have
farm animals at first then they started to interested in agriculture.

Mehmet YİĞİT: Not yet, we sell our products in Izmir and the
cities in Turkey. No external trade! We do not export abroad.
Özgü : Have you ever think of selling evil eye beads to abroad?
Mehmet YİĞİT: Yes, we really want to do it. But so far we couldn’t
make it happen. Maybe your Project helps us introduce this
beautiful village and we start to sell our products abroad.

Mehmet YİĞİT: Yes, we have. It will be in May. I kindly invite you
