General Sessions
Every day the entire assembly convenes during General Sessions to share valuable information, and in the middle of the day sessions, a networking lunch as well. That valuable information includes vital updates to our Travel Leaders Network programs, insights into industry trends and game-changing news from our wonderful Preferred Partners. In short, you don’ t want to miss any of these opportunities.
This year will again feature Solo Traveler tables in the General Sessions. If you are traveling to EDGE alone, these tables are the ideal place to meet other solo travelers, make new friends and do EDGE events together.
Sponsor Office Hours
Office Hours are a new EDGE feature this year, giving Travel Advisors the chance to meet one on one with Preferred Partners throughout all four days of the event. Advisors can request these meetings directly, and Partners may schedule them anywhere onsite for maximum flexibility. A dedicated Office Hours Day on Tuesday the 5th will also offer reserved tables in the California Exhibit Hall for those who prefer a more structured setting. This new format is designed to make meaningful, personalized conversations easier than ever and to help Advisors connect with the partners they’ re most eager to build their business with.
Trade Show
This year, the EDGE Preferred Partner Trade Show will take place the morning of Monday, May 4. Most of our Cruise, Tour, Air, Technology, Resorts, Hotels and In-Country Partners will all be in the same place, at the same time( see the full list here). Plan to spend as much time as you can at this event. This is your chance to talk one-on-one with the Preferred Partners who could make a big difference for your clients. It’ s impossible to talk to everyone, so you should plan on the ones that best fit your business model.
Evening Events
As always, EDGE 2026 will balance out all the amazing learning and networking with some fun and entertainment. Even though the days are long and your brain will be filled to the brim with new information, you should attend these events, kick back and have a great time. From the Opening Reception to the Gala Awards Dinner, these are wonderful opportunities to get to know your fellow Leaders better.
