MONITORING AND POST-INSTALLATION
Monitoring the status of restoration projects is needed to ensure restoration efforts are successful and to make adjustments on a site-by-site basis . Below is an overview of monitoring practices outlined by NFWF which need to occur in order to measure the success of restoration projects . These monitoring efforts are required to occur frequently when working with external parties providing funding for restoration projects , including nonprofit organizations ( i . e ., National Fish and Wildlife Foundation ) and federal agencies ( i . e ., National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ).
