sneak into the cupboards, purses, store counters and really every
nook and cranny around, I thought I'd share some quick and pretty
fun ways to burn off 100 calories.
Chewing Gum:

Biking:

Yoga:

Dog Walking:

Playing Pool:

Taking the Stairs:
