By Kyla Gagnon www.insideoutfitness.com With the delicious and yet devilish halloween treats beginning to sneak into the cupboards, purses, store counters and really every nook and cranny around, I thought I'd share some quick and pretty fun ways to burn off 100 calories. Chewing Gum: 90 minutes Biking: 15 minutes Yoga: 35 minutes Dog Walking: 20 minutes Playing Pool: 35 minutes Taking the Stairs: 10 minutes Bowling: 30 minutes Kayaking/ Canoeing: 30 minutes Laughing: 38 minutes - Girls night anyone? Frisbee: 30 minutes Gardening: 30 minutes Skipping: 9 minutes Snorkeling: 18 minutes - Vacay calorie burn sounds good to me Ping Pong: 25 minutes FOOD PREP: 25 minutes - It's got to be done anyway.
