FOOD TRADITIONAL GINGER MOLASSES COOKIES By: Heidi Cannon SINFULLY DELICIOUS!!! Traditional Ginger Molasses Cookies 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 1/2 scoops magnum pure and simple Quattro 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon vanilla Stevia 1 teaspoon baking sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt plain 1/3 cup vegetable shortening 1/4 cup molasses 1 cup coconut palm sugar 2 tablespoons ground ginger powder 52 Natural Muscle Magazine November 2016 Celebrating 21 Years! In a large mixing bowl blend together all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl with blender, mix together all wet ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients use handmixer to do this. The cookies should come out with a thick consistency, scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll in into dough ball and place on cookie sheet (use parchment paper underneath) Bake at 350F for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until cookies turn darker brown on edges Makes 15 cookies Per cookie 71 cals 3.4 fat 6.9 carbs 4g protein
