Situated at the north of St. Petersburg city centre, the apartment hotel and housing complex “House by the Sea” consists of twelve individual buildings arranged in an S-shaped frame. The complex exhibits two different spaces each with its own character. The promenade, a tree-lined avenue, with fountains as an extension of the Grebny Canal axis, forms the centre piece of the complex; the other space is a secluded, quiet recreation zone with pedestrian paths and green spaces. Situated at the end of the Promenade, a fitness and wellness centre is available to the residents.
