Spring is now behind us and we are looking at a productive summer season. The local market continues to see marked improvement and the there is continued good news on the National front as well. The fifth issue of the The Current focuses on the both Realtor sentiment as to the state of the real estate economy, as well as the existing trends. Pricing continues to increase at a predictable and healthy rate. There is also a great article on time management that we can all likely benefit from.

One quality problem that we are experiencing is a shortage of inventory. The last several months have been very productive for our office. If you have a property to sell or lease, we’d appreciate the opportunity to show you how we can help you get the maximum value out of your real estate.

Thank you for considering Nations Real Estate.
