This month’s articles continue the theme that has been well established in the commercial markets. Over all, the entire segment is doing well and there continues to be positive growth and continued traction in our market. There are interesting demographic changes afoot as boomers move out of more labor intensive properties and into more tenant maintained triple net properties. We have some interesting new listings to showcase as well.
