This issue breaks as we ease through Spring and into this area’s Summer season. As the temperature goes up, our commercial market seems to be following suit. The first quarter was generally busy in spite of the challenges the cold weather brought. The articles in this month’s issue touch on some of the realignment of funds that we are experiencing in the commercial market. There continues to be brisk activity on the leasing front and the sales side is healthy as well. Also, funding for commercial projects is more available than before and the housing market for this area is healthy. All good signs for a prosperous year.
Thank you for taking the time to read our publication. We are eager to help you, just let us know how we can.
