Provo serves as the gateway into Northern Utah, conveniently located off I-15
interstate and University Avenue and is home to Utah County’s only Sears,
Dillard’s and JCPenney. The center features a mix of national retailers and
restaurants. Provo is home to two higher learning universities Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University, both providing
superior education to over 60,000 students.
Provo serves a growing trade area extending 26 miles south, comprised of
young families with an average household size of 3.4. The market is comprised
of “Up and Coming Families” - residents are younger, more mobile and more
ethnically diverse than the previous generation. They are ambitious, working
hard to get ahead, and willing to take some risks to achieve their goals. Their
homes are new, their families are young and they are one of the fastest growing
markets in the country.
