National Liberty Center - Apple - Brochure | Page 2
Liberty Center has a large shopper origin market that
extends up to the existing Apple store locations.
the facts
Apple would be a strong candidate to
open a new store at Liberty Center.
Currently, only two Apple Stores are
located in the market—one to the
north in Dayton/Beavercreek and one
to the south in Cincinnati.
Liberty Center has strong loyalty with their existing shoppers
to the west while the entire geography between Cincinnati
and Dayton has few loyal shoppers to any of the tested
locations, making it an ideal location for an Apple Store.
The shopper profile of Liberty Center is an
attractive one with wealthier, more educated,
younger, and more families among them.
Liberty Center surpasses the Apple Store at Kenwood
Towne Centre—as well as Kenwood itself and The
Greene—on key shopper metrics. Liberty Center sees:
• the highest average household income ($108,205)
• the highest percentage of shoppers with household
incomes of more than $150,000 (42.7%)
• the highest percentage of shoppers with
children in the household (37.7%)
