Check In & Check Out at the Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio-Live Oak Conference Center are at 3 pm and 12 pm.
Parking is complimentary. The hotel and KDChi are not liable for any valuables left in your car or your car itself when parking in the hotel parking lot.
Conference Dress is listed on the page 12 and must be strictly followed. If you have any further questions about attire for national conference, please contact the Vice President of Records, Katrina Arroyos, at [email protected], as she is the Sergeant-at-Arms at national conference and will be monitoring attire. Any sisters not in compliance with attire, as noted in the Dress Code, will be asked to change and will only be able to resume participation in conference activities and workshops once compliance is met.
Name Badges are required to be worn at all times during the conference. If a name badge is lost, please check at the registration desk to see if it has been found.
Meals Conference Registration includes Friday lunch, Friday break, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday break, Emerald Gala, and Sunday breakfast. All other meals or snacks will be on your own.
Questions Direct any questions to a Conference Committee member. Committee members will be at Registration during the registration hours listed on the schedule or in the #KDChiCon HQ (hotel "Boardroom").
Lost and Found is located at the hotel, security and housekeeping offices or the #KDChiCon HQ (hotel "Boardroom").
