Elisa Gonzalez

Elisha González is a connector and influencer in the Central Florida region. She has been recognized for her leadership, business acumen and her commitment to community. She has been active in the community throughout her career, committed to making it a great place to live, work and play. Elisha leads government and community relations for Duke Energy, a Fortune 150 company which owns coal-fired and natural gas generation providing about 9,000 megawatts of owned electric capacity to approximately 1.8 million customers. Elisha’s focus is the company’s east coast operating area encompassing Seminole, Volusia, Flagler and Brevard counties. González serves as Duke Energy’s leader for local governments, civic partnerships and is responsible for government relations, philanthropy, community engagement strategy and social responsibility.

Eddie Harris, Jr.

Eddie L. Harris, Jr., is a central Florida native. Born in Sanford, Florida; reared in Montgomery, Alabama, Cleveland, Ohio, and Orlando, Florida, respectively. He holds a Master’s degree in Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center, in Atlanta, Georgia, and is currently pursuing his doctorate degree at Knox Theological Seminary, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Having worked in city government, the college educational system, and the finance community extensively for a number of years,

have all served him well as he continues to be the change agent hat God intended for him to be. Currently, he serves as pastor/founder of the Potter’s Wheel Cathedral of Faith, a newly planted, non-denominational ministry in Orlando, Florida, where each of his God given gifts are finding room to flourish with major impacts. He is a published author, having written articles for Essence magazine and is the author of Overcoming the Fear of Flying (Succeeding), a new book scheduled to be released this summer.

Estee HernAndez

Estee is a Ph.D. candidate in the Higher Education program at Florida State University. At FSU, she serves as a Program Coordinator at the Center for Leadership & Social Change and a Lecturer in the Undergraduate Certificate in Leadership Studies. A first-generation Chicana from Texas, her research focuses on Chicanas along the educational pipeline. Her vision is a U.S. higher education

system whose faculty mirrors the diverse identities of its students. Estee was initiated in the Alpha Epsilon Chapter in the fall of 2005 and is a proud member of the North Florida Alumnae Chapter.

Jessica Juarez

Jessica Juarez was initiated at Alpha Epsilon chapter back in 2004. She has served as community advisor, conference sponsorship director, and currently vendor manager. Her interest lies in maintaining the sorority's brand integrity. She enjoy working with vendors on designs/new items and bringing new vendors into the KDChi family. After 12 years as a sales professional, Jessica is currently enrolled in the marketing track at her local college. Her hope is to secure a position with a

national brand or non-profit as the marketing director.

Evoanna Kelly

Evoanna Kelley was initiated into Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc., spring of 2013. Since joining Kappa Delta Chi, she has operated as a Program Coordinator for the

National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO) Day of Service, Graduate Member Educator, and Prospective Colony Alumnae Advisor. Today, she serves as Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc.’s Graduate Membership Education Officer.
