Check In & Check Out at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando are at 4 pm and 11 am.
Parking is not included in the registration fee. Overnight parking is $12 per vehicle, per day. Day Event parking is available for $10 without in and out privileges.
Conference Dress is listed on the page 12 and must be strictly followed. If you have any further questions about attire for national conference, please contact the Vice President of Records, Connie Ann Tucker, at [email protected], as she is the Sergeant-at-Arms at national conference and will be monitoring attire. Any sisters not in compliance with attire, as noted in the Dress Code, will be asked to change and will only be able to resume participation in conference activities and workshops once compliance is met.
Name Badges are required to be worn at all times during the conference. If a name badge is lost, please check at the registration desk to see if it has been found.
Meals Conference Registration includes Saturday lunch (by voucher to food cart) and the Emerald Gala.
Questions Direct any questions to a Conference Committee member. Committee members will be at Registration or the Office during the registration hours listed on the schedule.
Lost and Found is located at the hotel, security and housekeeping offices or the Conference Committee Office.
