5- Keep hydrated. Being in a cold environment doesn't mean that you don't lose and need to replace liquids.

6- Prevent frostbite. Cover as much of your body as you can to prevent some parts from freezing and causing permanent damage on the skin tissue.

7- If there is not a shelter, build one focusing mainly on the use of insulator materials. Never lay directly on the ground, make sure there are leaves or other insulator materials. Focus on building a shelter from materials that are not conductors, preferably if they are insulators.
