Nichole G. Harris
Mayor

Tutwiler, Mississippi
Nichole Harris is the current mayor of the town of Tutwiler, where she has
lived most of her life. Harris is a 1997 graduate of West Tallahatchie High
School. After high school, she went to the army and received training as
a personnel administrative specialist. Harris is a two-time graduate of
Mississippi Valley State University, were she received a B.S. in biology and
a master’s in education. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority
Inc., and a 14-year educator who serves 2F
