Matthew Hanson
Selectman
Chelmsford, Massachusetts
Matt Hanson currently serves as a member of the Chelmsford Board of
Selectmen. He was reelected in April 2013. Hanson is a lifelong Chelmsford
resident and a graduate of Chelmsford High School. After high school, Matt
attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, where he obtained
a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in regional

Gary Hardie
School Board Member
Lynwood, California
Gary Hardie was born and raised in Lynwood, California, and graduated
from Lynwood High School in 2005. Hardie attended the University of
Nevada-Las Vegas and Shaw University in Raleigh, N.C., where he majored
in English with a minor in marketing. Hardie is currently pursuing his M.B.A.
at Pepperdine University. Hardie works as a high school after-school site
coordinator and serves as a vice president of the Lynwood Unified School
District Board of Education. Sworn in at the age of 27, Hardie is one of the youngest public officials
serving in California, and serves as a member of the city of Lynwood Personnel Commission. Prior to
pursuing a career in education, Gary Hardie worked as an executive for the Los Angeles Clippers. He
has an extensive background in athletics, having worked for the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, and for
professional athletes such as Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, and Chris Paul.
Karalee Hargrove

Karalee Hargrove is currently a school board member representing the
Morongo Unified School District. Hargrove has kept to her campaign
promises within the past six months, passing a two percent raise for all the
employees in her school district. Hargrove is also a delegate for the 42nd
Assembly District in California, a mother of five children, and a full-time
college student. She is active in the local club for her political party, the
County Central Committee, and is working toward starting a youth coalition for her political party.
Her current goals include working on the Morongo Unified Foundation, as well as working with the
superintendent on increasing test scores and improving overall employee morale. @karalee007
