Operational review (continued)
The Corporate Services Unit manages the human resources, ICT and administrative processes
of the Tribunal. CSU is responsible for coordinating the process of risk management and the
administration of policies and procedures. Other duties include providing logistical support for
strategic and business planning, ARC, internal and external audit and governance committees,
and responsibility for report compilation.
The Communications Unit is responsible for building and enhancing the profile of the Tribunal. It
does so through providing strategic communications advice, facilitating the internal and external
communication of the Tribunal, providing marketing support, and managing media and public
relations on behalf of the Tribunal.
The names and positions of Tribunal staff as at 31 March 2011 are as follows:
