In this financial period, the Tribunal received 14 different types of applications out of the 34 possible
types of application, an increase of 7 types of applications. New matters filed are applications to
review the sale of goods, objection to a compliance notice, review of a decision of a single panel
member, compensation of a pawnbroker in lieu of property, application after failure of alternative
dispute resolution, application to resolve a disputed entry to a statement and applications for
interim relief.
