Tim & Tucker Beard of Beard ’ s Trailer Sales recently expanded their dealership . The expansion provided an opportunity to rethink the shopping experience . “ We arranged our trailers in a ‘ drive-thru ’ style , so customers don ’ t have to walk the lot ,” explains Tucker Beard . “ They can see what we ’ ve got without getting out of their vehicles . Our customers love it .”
“ We created aisles of products , similar to a retail environment versus a standard parts counter . This configuration allows service customers to browse while waiting , which increases sales ,” Tucker adds .

Kara Wysocki of Wysocki , Inc . started her career in the automotive industry . She uses a tactic from her automotive background to bring in customers from all over the country .
“ We list our trailers on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace ,” explains Kara . “ We knew that it worked for cars . Why wouldn ’ t it work for trailers ? We became more nationally known during the pandemic because customers would search close to home and then move their search to 100 miles out .”
