It has been 1,825 days since North American Trailer Dealer Association (NATDA) dealers
and exhibitors flooded the city of St. Louis to see the latest and greatest products the
trailer industry has to offer. For those returning to St. Louis, welcome back! For those
attending your very first NATDA Trade Show, welcome to an incredible week of networking,
education and new opportunities for your business.
Our events kick off at noon on Thursday, September 5th with our Dealer Education
(Page 42) seminars. With speakers from Action RV Specialists, Big Tex Trailers, DealerPRO
Training, Kenect, Morgan Stanley, TransSafe Consulting and White Spruce Trailer Sales, this
year features incredibly informative, in-depth educational pieces. Whether you’re looking
to tighten up your shop’s repair times or need to better understand federal regulations,
we’ve got it all.
While the seminars are taking place, twenty technicians will earn Dexter certifications
from advanced, hands-on technical training. The class, a precursor to bigger things to come
in 2020, will cover how to service axles, spring suspensions and electric braking systems.
Visit the Registration Desk to learn more about next year’s classes.
Immediately following Dealer Education, connect with other dealers during the Dealer
Happy Hour sponsored by Synchrony & Northpoint Commercial Finance
(Page 38).
On Friday at 9am, visit with current or new manufacturers, vote for your favorite products
at the New Product Display, network in the Dealer Lounge sponsored by TRAIL-
A-WAY & Dexter (Page 56) or find new suppliers from our first-time exhibitors.
Immediately following the end of the show, head to FOX Sports Midwest Live! to celebrate
Redneck Trailer Supplies’ 40 years in the industry (Page 38) for a cocktail
hour beginning at 5pm.
Saturday, visit the Dealer Lounge again to pick up your tickets for A Taste of St. Louis
sponsored by TRAIL-A-WAY (Page 38). These tickets for the Budweiser Brewery
Tour and the Gateway Arch Tour will take you to two of the most iconic hotspots in St.
Louis.
To keep up with the entire show and receive special announcements, download the
NATDA Trade Show app (Page 35). Within the app, you can view new trailers
for 2019, first-time exhibitors and New Product Display participants. While you’re here
for the weekend, don’t forget to use #NATDATradeShow on social media to share your
experience.
Before you leave St. Louis for the weekend, go ahead and pencil in next year’s show as
we have some major changes in store that will take our show to another level. We’ve
got events planned that will reshape our show for years to come. So, pack your bags for
September 2-4, 2020 to visit the city everyone’s been asking about: NASHVILLE!
