North America ’ s premier trailer event set new records this August , drawing more than 4,000 attendees to Nashville ’ s Music City Center . The expanded show connected 700 + dealerships with 310 + exhibiting companies , delivering industry-leading education , innovations , and networking opportunities .
Day One : Education & Training Technician Training sessions presented by Dexter and Lippert , and Dealership Performance Training sponsored by Dura-Haul Trailers kicked off the event . The curriculum featured seminars on Human Resources , Operations , Sales and Marketing , and Service and Tech , with speakers such as Sara Hey from Bob Clements International , Ken Barnes from DealerPro Training , and Kent Lewis of FreeGren Digital , among other industry experts . A highlight of the day was the General Session titled “ Navigating the Trailer Industry Economy ,” where industry leaders and analysts dissected the economic landscape of the trailer sector . Panelists from Blackpurl , eLease Funding , Statistical Surveys , and Transax explored shifts in consumer behavior and global economic influences , providing attendees with valuable insights for strategic decision-making in a rapidly evolving market .
New in 2024 : TOW TALKS This first-time offering featured Q & A discussions with industry professionals , to deliver personalized learning experiences . These interactive sessions centered around hot topics in the industry and provided insight from well-respected industry leaders in a comfortable conversational environment .

Women in the Trailer Industry The NATDA Women in the Trailer Industry Committee built on last year ’ s session by adding an interactive panel discussion as well as bringing back the successful roundtable discussion . Moderator , Sara Hey , and committee member panelists highlighted the importance of mentorship , networking , and training programs to help women advance in their careers . The roundtable encouraged open dialogue , with attendees discussing actionable steps to improve gender diversity and support professional growth in technical , leadership , and operational roles . continued on next page
