Norstar began on a patch of farmland in Brookston , Texas as nothing more than an aspiration . Next-Gen Manufacturing and a New North American Powerhouse Norstar catapulted its initial manufacturing plant located in the Lonestar State from 20,000 s q ft of power to over 600,000 sq ft by 2021 representing a near 3000 % growth in less than 5 years . Additionally , sizeable operations commenced in Mexico in 2019 . This facility is dedicated to increasing quality , durability , and product availability by adding an additional 600,000 sq ft of manufacturing might .
